Lieon Housing, Inc. (“Lieon Housing,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lieonhousing.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our project inquiry form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your project ZIP code
• The type of project and budget range you choose
• Any notes you add about your project

We also keep the information you share when you call, text, or email us directly.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
• To prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts for your project
• To talk with you about an active or completed project, including warranty service
• To keep the Site running, secure, and free of spam and abuse
• To follow the law and protect our legal rights

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), our email provider, and the font provider that serves the Site’s typefaces (Google Fonts). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Project partners such as architects, designers, engineers, or subcontractors, but only when you’ve hired us and they need the information to work on your project.
• Legal requirements. When the law requires it, such as to answer a subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lieon Housing, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. If Lieon Housing is merged, sold, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up about your project. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires for contractors and warranty purposes. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

5. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have collected about you
• Correct information about you that is wrong
• Delete your personal information, except where the law requires us to keep it

Do Not Track. We do not track you across other websites, so the Site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Our Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to outside websites, such as our Instagram and TikTok pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top of this page.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lieonhousing.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information only — not an offer or contract

The Site gives general information about Lieon Housing and our services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, estimate, bid, or guarantee of price, timeline, or availability. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or a contractor–client relationship. Construction services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Lieon Housing, as required by California law. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

2. Project photos and descriptions

Portfolio photos and descriptions show past work for illustration only. Every property is different. Your results, costs, and timelines will depend on your site conditions, design choices, permitting, materials, and other factors.

3. Licensing

Lieon Housing is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under license #1110408. You can check any contractor’s license status at cslb.ca.gov.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including the text, photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Lieon Housing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our photos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited advertising
• Try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Scrape or harvest content or contact information from the Site by automated means

We provide links to outside websites for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. If you keep using the Site after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
